1. About These Terms
These terms and conditions apply to all massage services provided by The MassageRoom. By booking an appointment, you agree to these terms.
2. Booking and Confirmation
Bookings are automatically confirmed when you complete your booking online. We reserve the right to decline any booking that doesn't fit our policy.
A percentage of the total treatment cost is required as a booking fee when you make your reservation. The remaining balance is payable at the end of your appointment by bank transfer.
3. Consultation Requirements
Some treatments require you to complete a consultation form before your appointment. This helps us provide the safest and most effective treatment for you.
Please complete any required forms honestly and thoroughly. If you have any medical conditions or concerns, please let us know in advance.
4. Cancellation and Rescheduling
We require at least 24 hours notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may result in forfeiture of your booking fee.
If you don't show up for your appointment without notice, your booking fee will not be refunded.
5. Payment Terms
Payment for services is due at the end of your appointment and must be made by bank transfer.
We do not offer refunds for completed services. If you're unhappy with your treatment, please speak to us immediately so we can address your concerns.
6. Your Safety and Comfort
Your safety and comfort are our top priority. Please inform us of any allergies, medical conditions, or concerns before your treatment.
You have the right to ask questions about your treatment at any time and to stop the treatment if you feel uncomfortable.
We maintain professional boundaries at all times and ask that you do the same.
7. Privacy and Data Protection
We handle all client data in compliance with GDPR regulations.
Your personal information is kept confidential and secure, and is only used for providing your treatments and managing your bookings.
You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time.
8. Liability
While we take every care to provide safe and professional treatments, you participate at your own risk.
We are not liable for any adverse reactions if you have not disclosed relevant medical information or allergies.
Our liability is limited to the cost of the treatment received.
9. General Terms
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest will remain in effect.
We may update these terms from time to time. Any changes will be communicated to you and will apply to future bookings.
